Nicollet Commons Park is one of the first "town square" style parks to be developed in the metro area suburbs and serves as the focal point of Burnsville's Heart of the City (126th Street and Nicollet Avenue). The park features a 250-seat amphitheater for concerts and events, open green space, places for patrons to sit and enjoy lunch and a water feature. Park hours are 5 a.m. to midnight.
