I typically don’t take the time to write a review after visiting somewhere unless I have an excellent or a terrible experience. I have been to this spa for a massage twice now. The first time I walked and and was excited for my massage, facility is beautiful (and I was paying $85 for a deep tissue massage which is expensive for the area). The massage was terrible. I did complain as I was checking out and the last looked at me as if I was crazy. She asked me if I would like to fill out a comment card.. sure, I’ll fill one out but how do I say nicely that the massage was not good? The second time around I was gifted a massage. Again, TERRIBLE. I honestly question if their people who are giving massages are even licensed because neither of them had any technique. I would go elsewhere if you’re looking for a good massage, save yourself the money.

The space itself is small but clean. Staff friendly and not very polished. I paid $78 including tip for a Shellac manicure. The list price was $50 and then I was charged $15 additional for polish removal. Cleaning my nails has always been included in the cost of a manicure any other place I've been. If money is not an issue, you may love this spa as the service was just fine.
