Hastings Community Memorial Day Event

Four sites will be included in this year’s event: Veterans Home, Roadside Park, Soldiers and Sailors Cemetery and the Veterans Memorial at Levee Park. A participant’s bus will be available at the American Legion at 08:00. The event will commence at 08:15 at the Veterans Home followed by short ceremonies at Roadside Park (approximately 09:00) with remarks from our Mayor, Soldiers and Sailors Cemetery and culminating with the main ceremony at Veterans Memorial at Levee Park with a two-plane fly over by the Commemorative Air Force commencing at 11:00.
