The 2024 Discover Boating Northwest Sportshow has a wide selection of boats and gear, an abundance of must-see attractions, and fun features for all ages.

Hawg Trough - Fishing Demonstration Tank:
1400 Aisle

Watch pro anglers demonstrate their fishing and casting skills at this 5,000-gallon aquarium stocked with native Minnesota species. See for yourself how fish react to different fishing techniques and strike at various types of bait and lures.

Fred’s Shed How-To-Center - presented by Progressive:

Tips, tricks, and DIY advice for every boater—from first timers to experienced captains. Have a boat or engine problem you haven’t been able to fix? Stop by and ask our tech expert about it.

Fishing 101:
Booth 103

Covers basic fishing skills for all anglers. Cast for big fish at LUNDker Lake or test your casting accuracy at Backyard Flipping. Staffed by Lund Boat Fishing Pros and Student Angler Tournament Trail Coaches. Young anglers can pick up a free fishing coloring book or play a game of FISH Bingo too!

Trout Pond - Free Catch & Release Fishing for Kids:

There’s no limit to the fun! Catch-and-release fishing pond is a great way to introduce youngsters to the fun of fishing.

Create a Crankbait:
Booth 94

Crafty young anglers can create a crankbait using hard plastic crankbait bodies. Many crankbaits style rattle! The kids will create their crankbaits with quick-dry professional paint pens. They can also add stick-on lure eyes. The kids will have a blast catching fish with a crankbait they custom designed!

Is going electric the cycling fix for you? Here’s your chance to take an electric bike for a spin and find out. Our test track provides the perfect opportunity experience the fun and power of electric biking for yourself.
