The manager of this DQ has absolutely NO idea what she's doing. She is verbally abusive to the staff in front of the customers as well as abusive TO the customers! I stood in line and listened to her yell at an employee, then she yelled at the customer because the woman wanted a blizzard that was discontinued (but all the ingredients were available). They actually argued!!! This 'manager' needs serious managerial training. The manager's name was Terri. Should be TERRIBLE.
A restaurant is only as good as the people who run it. This restaurant has a kind able staff yet the management is lacking. I have come here for years and over the past few months I’ve had the same problem A few times. I believe in giving a restaurant a few chances to fix it’s mistakes, but it seems that every time they messed up our order we deal with Terri the manager Who constantly yells employees in front of us ..... which makes the whole situation 10 times more uncomfortable. And then she proceeds to yell at us for not ordering the way she thinks it should be done. I’ve never been to a business in which yelling at the customers is it common practice and asked for this Dairy Queen we’re done trying.
Food is usually good, but the service is hit or miss. Almost always a long line. I find Princeton's DQ much better service wise. If you sit inside forget them bringing food out. They just obnoxiously call out your number.
DQ "Grill and Chill" can market all they want but they just don't have it when it comes to the "grill". Stick to the "chill". Blizzards and malts all day long. Burgers - big ol MEH.
Drive thru guy didn't flip my blizzard and he was rude when I called him on it. Wouldn't honor the free blizzard deal.
